I think a lot. Much more than most people...I'm sure of this.
I have this awful tendency to over-analyze everything. I'm certain I could find several reasons to fret over just about anything. Sometimes this can be very beneficial...but most of the time I wish that my brain had a shut off button.
I've never been very good at compartmentalizing my life. (Compartmentalizing - meaning dropping life's issues at the door of work so you are not dealing with your problems at work.) Many people are blessed with this ability. I'm not one of those people. I think it is because I am over-analytical at my very core.
